By accessing or using hobbycard (“the Site”) you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to place an order. By checking out, you confirm that the information you’ve provided is accurate.

2. Product Authenticity

Every card we list is hand-inspected by our team and described to the best of our knowledge. Grades displayed (PSA, BGS, SGC, etc.) reflect the slab as received from the grader. We do not re-grade or alter graded slabs.

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in INR (₹) and may be displayed in your local currency via the site’s currency switcher. We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors and to limit quantities. If we discover an error after you’ve placed an order, we’ll contact you to confirm or cancel before charging.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept UPI, major credit / debit cards, and Cash-on-Delivery on eligible products. Title and risk pass to you once the parcel is handed to the courier.

5. Shipping

We ship pan-India with full insurance and tracking. International shipping is available on request — contact us for a quote. Estimated delivery times are advisory and not guaranteed.

7. Account & Conduct

You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Don’t use the Site to scrape, resell programmatically, or perform any unlawful activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content — design, copy, photography, illustrations, logos — belongs to The Hobby Card Shop or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this URL with a “Last updated” date.
