Refund Policy

The Hobby Card Shop stands behind every card we sell. If anything’s wrong, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • The card is returned in its original sleeve, magnetic holder, or graded slab.
  • The card has not been altered, cleaned, re-graded, or removed from its protective case.
  • You include a copy of your order confirmation.

Authentication Guarantee

If we determine a card we sold is not authentic, we will issue a full refund plus return shipping, regardless of how long ago the order was placed.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email contact@hobbycardshop.in with your order number and a brief reason.
  2. We’ll reply within 24 hours with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Pack the card in its original protection plus a rigid mailer.
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed in 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

Every order ships insured. If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we’ll resolve it (replacement or full refund).

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sealed boxes, packs, and tins once opened.
  • Cards damaged by the buyer after delivery.
  • Customised or special-order memorabilia.
