Are all cards authenticated?

Every card sold by The Hobby Card Shop is graded or authenticated by recognised industry bodies (PSA, BGS, SGC, CSG). Raw cards are inspected and photographed front and back before listing.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic India orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–5 days. International orders use insured tracked courier and typically arrive in 7–14 business days. Tracking is emailed once dispatched.

Is shipping insured?

Yes. Every order, domestic or international, is shipped fully insured with door-to-door tracking. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit you are covered for the full declared value.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the card is materially different from what was listed (wrong grade, wrong card, undisclosed damage). Returns must arrive in the original holder unopened. See our Refund Policy for full terms.

Can I make an offer or negotiate price?

On most cards above ₹5,000 you’ll see a “Make Offer” button on the product page. Enter your number and a message; we usually respond within 12 hours. Some marquee 1-of-1 listings are firm.

Do you buy or trade cards?

Yes. Send photos and details via WhatsApp (+91 99203 34635) or email support@hobbycardshop.in. We respond with an offer within 24 hours for graded cards and 48 hours for raw cards needing inspection.

How are cards packaged for shipping?

Graded slabs ship in a card saver inside a snug bubble mailer or rigid cardboard box depending on value. High-value orders (over ₹50,000) ship in a hard plastic case sealed inside a corrugated box with foam inserts.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, all major credit/debit cards, net banking, EMI on select banks, and Indian wallet apps (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay). International orders can pay via PayPal or Stripe-supported cards.

Are listings genuinely “1 of 1”?

Yes — when a listing says “1 of 1” or shows a /1 print run, it means there is only a single copy of that exact card, year, and parallel in existence worldwide. We verify against published checklists before listing.
